Slaughtered @ Slaughterhouse

Monday night I received a last minute invite to tag along with Peace Love Spandex to see SlaughterHouse perform at Royal Oak Music Theatre.

Slaughterhouse is a super group consisting of Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5'9. They are signed on Eminem's label Shady Records, which is part of the Interscope family.  This super group formed in 2008 and has been touring and performing ever since. They have released one self titled album, but  have a new record called "Welcome to Our House" which is planned to be released on May 15, 2012.

The show was packed and everyone was there to have a good time. I forgot my memory card so I tried to take some pictures with my phone, the quality was embarrassing. Instead of looking at my blurry blobs I urge you to check out The Royal Oak Music Party Camera manned by none other than the famous Camera Jesus! He got some great shots of the performers, the crowd, and the venue.

We danced, we drank $9 beers (not cool) and we had a really great time. This is a must see act for anyone who is a fan of hip hop! Cheers!

I also urge you to check out CameraJesus.com for other photos of Oasis, Feed Me, Housse De Racket, Andrew W.K. and many other acts that have rolled through Detroit and been captured by his holiness.
