Free Show Tomorrow w/ Flashlights & The Ill Itches!!!

Tomorrow night, a band hailing from Florida that has been through a lot of changes and craziness since their inception in 2007 will be playing right here in Detroit. They are a punk band called Flashlights. They started out as a solo acoustic project by Terry Caudill and have since added other members Tony Oriza, Will Powell and Melissa Hopkins. They recently released a new EP called Don't Take Me Seriously that you can listen to here.

Flashlights will be playing with one of our new favorite bands, the Ill Itches. We finally caught up with them a couple weeks ago at the Blowout when they played at One Eyed Betty's and besides have quite a clever name, they put on a great show. We also had a chance to talk to the band before they played that night. Check out the interview.

This show is a free one so you have no excuse to not go even if it is a school night! They are playing the Garden Bowl at the Majestic Complex and the show starts at 10 p.m. For more information, check out the event page here.
