Don't Miss Hip In Detroit's New Podcast Featuring The Queen Herself, Jax Anderson

Over the last few months we have invited a variety of Detroit's movers and shakers into our studio at Podcast Detroit to chat with us about all of the hip things that are happening in and around the City of Detroit. Thanks to the generosity of our show's sponsor, M-1 Studios, we have had some interesting conversations with people who work behind the scenes and we have invited some of the city's biggest up and coming acts to chat with us before releasing their next album or playing their next show. This month we have the privilege of taking it to the next level because we have the honor of interviewing one of the city's most influential and inspiring artists right before the release of her new EP and a few weeks before what we anticipate to be one of the most talked about events of 2017.

Hip in Detroit has invited The Queen of Detroit, Miss Jax Anderson a.k.a. Flint Eastwood into the studio to talk to us about her latest EP Broke Royalty which is coming out on April 14th. That is the same night that she will headline at The Fischer in Detroit alongside Tunde Olaniran, SYBLYNG. and Michigander.

The first single off the new album is called "Queen". It was released a few weeks ago and you can check out the music video and the track here,  Her next single "Push" will be released this Thursday, March 23rd, so keep your eyes on social media and give it a listen before you tune in to hear us chat with the Queen herself this Sunday, March 26th at 6 p.m. We plan to go deep and find out everything we can about the new album and what we can expect at the big release show.

Mark your calendars for the live broadcast on Podcastdetroit.com at 6 p.m. this Sunday and head over to Fusion Shows website to guarantee your spot at the huge album release show on April 14th. Tickets are $15 in advance and I can't see any scenario where this one doesn't sell out. We can't wait to take you deep inside the mind of what we consider to be Detroit royalty.
