This Saturday night, ladies are taking over El Club. Party Store Productions is bringing Eleanor Friedberger to the stage along with Pill and Sara Marie Barron. Eleanor is on tour in support of her latest album Rebound that was released earlier this year. The album was inspired by an after hours club by the same name in Greece that was said to be "a time warp; kind of an 80s goth disco where everyone does the chicken dance". Tickets for Saturday's show are $15 in advance and can be purchased here. You can also enter to win a pair of tickets to the show by sending your name to hipindetroit@gmail.com with #rebound. We will draw one lucky winner on Saturday morning and will send them details on how to claim their prize.
Doors are set to open at 8 p.m. on Saturday and the patio will open at 7. All ages are welcome.
