You Don't Need a Holiday to Celebrate Madonna

Michigan born pop legend Madonna has had one of the most successful musical careers of all time. She has sold over 300 million records worldwide, she is the highest grossing solo artist of all time, and she holds the record for the most number-ones on all combined Billboard charts, including twelve number-one songs on the Billboard Hot 100 and eight number-one albums on the Billboard 200. She has also influenced pop culture form all fronts, including fashion and politics and the way we all talk about sex. She is a true legend and all of her tracks are bangers. As a child I even spent hours making up dances to songs like "Vogue" and "Holiday", while pretending I was her in a high ponytail.  Pretending your Madonna, even for a second is empowering. So, if you haven't had the chance, make sure you take advantage of Madonna Night at The Loving Touch this Wednesday. It's time for you to strike a pose and sing your heart out to "Papa Don't Preach". Entry is free and anyone who wants to bring it, can get up on stage and give it a whirl. This is the first time they are doing a tribute night in this form, so it will be interesting to see who comes out and preforms! Doors are at 7 p.m. and entry is FREE!
