The Vulnerable Gives You a Taste of Their New Album with a New Single and a Show on Wednesday

We've told you about The Vulnerable before. They're a transpunk/queercore band from Metro Detroit. Well, the band is getting ready to put out a new album this May, entitled Is There Acceptance? To get fans ready for it, they recently released a single, "Drive", on their bandcamp. The band explains the new song as, "...a short and (not so) sweet track filled with all the rage and anxious thoughts that surround being transgender or genderqueer in public settings". You can check it out below and head over to bandcamp to download it for free.

If you like what you hear, you should also head over to the Trumbullplex this Wednesday, March 30th where The Vulnerable will be playing along with The Best of the Worst (NJ), Stuck Lucky (Nashville) and Detroit's own Matt Wixson's Flying Circus. The show is set to kick off at 7 p.m. and all ages are welcome. Admission is only a $7 donation and you can BYOB. Make sure you also bring some extra cash with you so you can pick up the new album from Matt Wixson's Flying Circus that just came out a couple of weeks ago.

The Trumbullplex is located at 4210 Trumbull in Detroit. For more info, click here.
