If you answered yes to either of these questions it might interest you to know that this Thursday, July 10th Touch the Clouds will be recording their latest EP at GBS and you can be part of the fun.
Touch the Clouds is four piece from Detroit with indie and rock and roll influences.You can listen to a sample of their music here.
GBS is a fully functioning air conditioned recording studio inside of The Russell Industrial Center. Bands sign up to come into the studio and record a 5-7 song EP live in one take with their fans in the room listening and watching. There is no going back, no redo, just a one shot chance to lay your tunes down onto a track. GBS films video and a live recording of the session that is then remastered and given to the band and the fans after it is remastered. Fans can spend $20 to come out to the recording, watch the recording, drink bottomless beer, and get a digital download of the experience once it is finished.
Touch the Clouds will be inviting their fans to join them this Thursday and we want you to be part of the fun. TTC reached out and was nice enough to give us one ticket to giveaway to the recording experience. This lucky winner will be given entrance to the recording, a cup to drink out of for the night, and will be sent a digital download once all is said and done.
