Hip In Detroit's Guide to Small Business Saturday

This Saturday, November 28th is Small Business Saturday, the anti Black Friday. Instead of getting trampled at Walmart on Friday save your money for Saturday. A lot of business are running their own specials for the "holiday". Here is a list of places we love and specials that you can take advantage of.

Saffron- By far my favorite local boutique. Great clothing, bags, and jewelry!

UHF Records- There is nothing better than going to the record store to buy a record!

Rouge Hair and Nails- Stop in and pick up the perfect gift for the women who has everything! The best manicures/ pedicures and facials that money can buy!

Posey- They have a special gift with purchase for the first 100 people to spend over $50 on Saturday! They will also have giveaways throughout the day!

Division Street Boutique-  They will be running a Small Business Saturday special according to their Facebook, but they haven't announced it yet. Make sure to follow them here to find out more!

Scout- Find something unique for your home here.

Noir Leather- Feed your fetish.

Lost and Found Vintage- Recently recognized as one of the 13 best vintage shops in the US for a reason!

Rail and Anchor- Unique gifts you won't find anywhere else!

Mother Fletchers- They recently announced they will be closing their doors this coming Spring, so they are running all sorts of sales!

Nest- Unique gifts and home decor.

Blumz by JRDesigns- This place is decked out for the holidays! Check out their gorgeous window displays for inspiration and get 50% off all permanent holiday wreaths, garland, and Holiday decor this Saturday!

Rust Belt Market- The market will be featuring 65 vendors throughout the holiday season, more vendors, more things to buy!

The Rocket Ferndale- The definition of a novelty store aka stocking stuffers galore!

End the night at The Tangent Gallery's Tipsy Tinsel: An Artistic Extravaganza. This event will feature a variety of local vendors selling their wares alongside Fire and Aerial Performances.
