TONIGHT! Imperial Hosts its Fourth Annual Dia De Los Muertos Celebration!

Imperial has been one of my favorite places to eat for the last few years. They make some kick ass tacos, fresh guacamole, and a mean Moscow Mule. It's one of my go to places for lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late night drinks.

Tonight they will be celebrating All Souls Day with their fourth annual Dia De Los Muertos celebration. They will be switching it up and throwing out their normal menu for one day. They have asked chef Brandon Zarb to come with a special menu that will include tamales, tostadas, chili relenos, ice cream and tacos.
The staff will be wearing full sugar skull face makeup and the room with be set with various alters in memorial of those that have passed. They are encouraging patrons to join in and giving out a $200 gift card to the person with the best sugar skull face between 9 and 10 p.m. tonight.

There is also an auction to win a hand painted sugar skull. The auction runs through November 4th and proceeds from the sale will benefit art enrichment programs at Roosevelt Primary School in Ferndale. You can view the skulls and bid on them here

This event is free to attend. Imperial will be open from 11 a.m. 'til 2 a.m.
