It's Time to Dally in the Alley for the 38th Time

This Saturday, September 12th Cass Corridor's annual Dally in the Alley will be returning for its 38th year. This D.I.Y. volunteer based celebration of art, music, and Detroit is one of my favorite festivals of the season. It always features some of the city's best music, a plethora of different vendors, and to top it off, it's FREE.

This year's block party will feature music from some of our favorites, including The HandGrenades, Nigel and the Dropout, Valley Hush, Cold Men Young, Junglefowl, Pink Lighting, Britney Stoney, James Linck and The ILL Itches.
This year's celebration includes over 200 vendors and food from The Majestic Cafe, Delectabowl Food Truck & Catering, Mario's Italian Restaurant, Amicci's PizzaHero Or Villain Van, Saigon Diamond Restaurant, Crushed Healthy Smoothies, Treat Dreams Midtown, and  Union Street Detroit.
There will also be a kids fair from Noon until 4 p.m. that will feature games, face painting, balloons, crafts, and free buttons that the kids can see pressed right in front of their eyes.

The Dally runs from 11 a.m. 'til 11 p.m. in Cass Corridor this Saturday, September 12th. For more information head over to Dally in the Alley's Facebook page here
