Win Tickets to Touch The Clouds' Album Release Party at the New Way Bar

This week Detroit's own Touch the Clouds will be releasing their latest record at the New Way Bar.  The new album is called Baetyl, it was recorded and engineered by Adam Cox inside the library of a decommissioned public school in Southwest Detroit. The tracks were recorded live and some of the lyrics were written as it was being recorded! The album was mastered by Dan Coutant.

The release party will take place this Saturday, April 11 and will feature performances by LaSalle and Narco Debut. 21  and over are welcome to attend, it's only $5 to get in the door, and the fun starts at 8 p.m. TTC will be selling copies of their new album and limited edition prints of the album release poster which was drawn by Mark Heggie (see above).

Touch the Clouds also donated two prize packs to hipindetroit.com to give away to two lucky readers. Each prize pack will feature two tickets to the show, a copy of the new album, and a limited edition screen print. To enter to win, please email your full name to hipindetroit@gmail.com.
