Win Tickets to See Valley Hush with George Morris & The Gypsy Chorus and Nigel & The Dropout

This Saturday, April 4th Small's is the place to be! They are playing host to a great show that you won't want to miss. To be honest, I was a little surprised to see this lineup playing at Small's, but as you all know, it is one of our favorite venues. So we are pretty stoked about it. The lineup includes Valley Hush with George Morris & The Gypsy Chorus and Nigel & The Dropout. With a bill like that, we guarantee they will get you dancing and that it will be a great night!

In case you don't know, Valley Hush is the power duo of Alex Kaye and Lianna Vanicelli. You may know these two from their past projects, Autumn Wolf and Phantasmagoria. They play experimental pop music that you can check out here. You can even download their debut EP, To Feel Small, for free here.

Nigel & The Dropout is another two piece act made up of Nigel Hemmye and Andrew Ficker. They classify their musical creations as Indie Electronic Rock, which you can listen to here. They have a new album entitled FOLDEROL in the works. It is set to come out in May with the first single dropping sometime in April . Make sure you keep an eye on their Facebook page so you can check those out as soon as they are released!

Last, but certainly not least is George Morris & The Gypsy Chorus. This is one of those bands that just gets better every time we see them. They make great music, get the crowd moving, and never disappoint. The band is getting ready to set out on tour with Sick of Sarah at the end of April. Click here to see a list of dates.

Cover for this show is only $6 and 18+ are welcome. Doors will open at 9 p.m. and the music is set to start at 10. We are also giving away 2 pairs of tickets to this show! To enter to win, please email your first and last name to hipindetroit@gmail.com with Saturday at Small's in the subject. We will draw our winners the day of the show and let them know how they can claim their prize. Good luck!
