Jax Anderson is Having an Art Show and Releasing a New EP

It's been a while since Assemble Sound has opened its doors to the public. In fact, no one has been there since they ripped out the ceiling to expose the original design. This Saturday will be the first opportunity to get a look at the OG 1800's layout and to listen to some new music from Jax Anderson, formerly know as Flint Eastwood.

Jax will be releasing her first EP under her birth name and she wants to celebrate it. She has recruited a small group of artists to create a piece that was inspired by her new EP Heal. But, this work will only be on display for one day. So, if you want to see what Assemble has been up to, hear some new music from Jax, and find out what her music inspired Detroit artists like Bre'Ann White, GOOD—PALS, Lansuh, Bakpak Durden, Papier, and Tabloid to create, you should come by Assemble Sound this Saturday, November 23rd from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.

You can find out more and keep up with the event here.
