‪#‎Fillmore4Flint‬

In the last few weeks Flint's water crisis has made headlines across the nation and around the world. The thousands of people that live and work in Flint are finally getting help with a problem that they have had to deal with for far too long. The government is finally trying to sort things out and make it right, while neighboring cities and even A-list celebrities are helping by sending bottled water and funds.

Well, The Fillmore Detroit wants to do their part and help out. They are hosting a water drive this week and next week. During the hours of 1-5 p.m. now through Friday, February 5 and again Monday, February 8 through Friday, February 12 you can donate bottled water at The Fillmore. If you can't make it during those hours, you can also drop off a donation this Thursday, February 4th from 4-10 p.m. during the Kid Cudi show. The Fillmore will be delivering this water to Flint residents through the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, located in Flint.

If you would like to make a donation, The Fillmore is located at 2115 Woodward Ave. in Detroit, right across the street from Comerica Park. For more information, head over to The Fillmore's Facebook page here
