Help MPEP Help Pit Bulls by Heading to The Loving Touch

If you love pups you'll want to make your way to The Loving Touch this Thursday night! They are hosting a fundraiser for the Michigan Pit Bull Education Project. It's no secret that pit bulls have gotten a pretty bad rap over the years. Thanks to organizations like MPEP and others, people are starting to realize that this breed isn't a threat! They are just as lovable and adorable as any other dog! Some might even argue that they're even more loving than most.

MPEP helps spread the word about this breed and educate landlords, apartments, and insurance companies. They also run a rescue and help to bring pets in from the cold. You can check out all of the great things that this organization is doing here.

Thursday night's event will help MPEP continue on their very important misson. The fundraiser will feature live music from Pancho Villa's Skull, Dave Toennies of Border Patrol and Neenuh from Nina & The Buffalo Riders. Admission to see these great bands is only $5. All ages are welcome to attend and doors open at 7 p.m.

If you can't make it out on Thursday night, but you dig what MPEP is doing, you can still help them out. MPEP always accepts donations online here. You can also volunteer to help them out or pick up some sweet merch by heading over to MichPitBullEducation.org.
