This Saturday and Sunday, the first Utica Antiques Market of the season will set up shop at the park at 11541 21 Mile Rd. This market brings out dozens of vendors from around the country selling everything from furniture, to records, to taxidermy. Yeah, there's quite a variety here. There are usually also a couple of food trucks on site too. $5 gets you in and the market is open on Saturday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Saturday, May 14th - May Markets @ Urbanrest: Apparently this weekend is all about shopping! This Saturday, Urbanrest will be hosting their Mothers Day Market. The market is open from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Check out the list of vendors that will be on site here

Saturday, May 13th - Mommie Dearest @ The Redford Theatre: Also in honor of Mother's Day, head to The Redford Theatre this weekend for Mommie Dearest. Showtime is Saturday at 8 p.m. and tickets are $5

Sunday, May 14th - OFF! @ Third Man Records: Hardcore punk legends OFF! will be in Detroit this weekend to play Third Man Records. Unfortunately this show is sold out, but it made the list anyway because it's going to be epic. Although you can't by tickets, Third Man does have really large windows, so you might be able to see and hear some of the show if you hang out outside. If you're really lucky, maybe someone will even have an extra ticket up for grabs. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the music starts at 9. Die Spitz opens the show.
