If you're driving down main street from Royal Oak to Ferndale, you'll see a cute little pharmacy called ZMC on your left side. If you look a little closer, you see some killer window displays that will entice you to come in, and if you are smart enough to stop and take a look around you will be surprised by what you find.
ZMC is a family owned pharmacy and gift shop that is unlike any other. They can refill your birth control prescription while you browse around one of the best assortments of lotions, skincare, and well-being products around, mixed with an interesting collection of jewelry, gifts, and kids items. They also have the best card selection that we have ever seen. We make a point to stop in every once in a while to see what kind of new items they have in stock and we were pleased to find that they are stocked up on Spring and Summer skin care. We picked up some new SPF based products to get through the season and were blown away to see that they sold KEPT jewelry at the counter (if you need a last minute gift, we can't think of anything better). They also have some really cool candles, lots of green little plants, and some great affordable earrings.
If your in the area YOU MUST stop in and see what kind of cool things that you can find and if you are looking for a local pharmacy to fill your scripts, this is the kind of place that actually cares about the people that they serve. So stop letting CVS and Walgreens treat you poorly when going to the pharmacy could be a really cool experience.
