Have You Seen the Amazing Lineup for the Hamtramck Labor Day Festival Yet?

The Hamtramck Labor Day Festival is one of the most underrated events in Metro Detroit. This three day festival features some of the area's best musical acts, food, drinks and fun! The best part about it is that it is easy to park in Ham town and the fest is FREE to attend.

This year's fest will take place on September 3rd, 4th, and 5th in downtown Hamtramck. The city closes off the streets and invites a variety of food, crafts, and alcohol vendors to set up tents throughout the space. There are also carnival rides, games, and ice cream for the kids.
This years music lineup includes a ton of our favorite Detroit musicians. On Saturday you do not want to miss Mango Lane at 2:30 p.m, Dear Darkness at 3 p.m., Ancient Language at 4 p.m., and James Linck at 7:30 p.m. On Sunday you need to check out DUDE at 3 p.m., Cheerleader at 5:30 pm, Caveman Woodman at 4 pm, JP form the HP at 7:30pm and The Polish Muslims at 9:30 pm. On Monday Prude Boys at 4 p.m., The Scrappers at 4 p.m., Willa Rae & The Minor Arcana play at 6 p.m. and Terrible Twos at 7 p.m. For a full list of all the acts playing this weekend click here.

The festival will also feature fowling in the streets, an artist village, canoe races on Monday at Noon and The Polish Day Parade at 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
The fest runs from Noon 'til 10 p.m. each day and they will have FREE bike parking if you want to ride there!
