24 Hour Giveaway: Cherry Glazerr @ El Club

Cherry Glazerr just released a brand new album a couple of weeks ago. Stuffed & Ready came out on February 1st, and is the third studio album from the band. It has only been two years since the release of the band's previous album, and they have been hard at work touring and playing with bands like The Pixies, Flaming Lips, Slowdive, and The Breeders since. Now Cherry Glazerr is out on a headlining tour and they will be making their way to Detroit this week.

Thursday night, February 21, Cherry Glazerr will hit the stage at El Club along with Palehound. Tickets to see these two acts live are $15 in advance and can be purchased here. Win Tickets to See Palehound with Weaves at El Club

Boston based Palehound is currently out on tour with Weaves and the two are headed to Detroit this week! The bands are set to hit the stage at El Club this Thursday, March 1st along with River Spirit  and Stef Chura will be DJing throughout the night. Both of these touring acts are led by strong females on the mic. Get a feel for what these bands are like by checking out their music videos below.

Win Tickets to See Waxahatchee at El Club

This Wednesday night El Club brings Waxahatchee to the stage. Waxahatchee is the name of Katie Crutchfield's solo project that she's been doing since 2010. You may have seen her perform when she toured with Sleater-Kinney just a couple of years ago. Well, now Waxahatchee just released a new album, her fourth full length to date. It's called Out in the Storm and you can give it a listen here.

Waxahatchee will be joined by Palehound and Outer Spaces on Wednesday night. Tickets for the show are $13 in advance and can be purchased here. The night of the show they will go up to $15.
