After years of hard work and perseverance, Sam Morykwas released his first full-length album last week. He spent a lot of time fine-tuning each track to make it sound exactly the way he heard (and saw) it in his head. Once he locked down the perfect color for each song (we'll let him explain that to you) he was ready to let everyone else hear what he sees. The final product is his new album Electric Green, a 13 song masterpiece that will get stuck in your head after the first listen.
We sat down for a virtual interview with Sam to talk about his new album, his Wednesday listening parties, and what's happening at The Eastern Market, where he is currently the marketing director. Check out what he had to say and then give Electric Green a listen, we think you'll love it!
