Friday, July 18th - Amino Acids @ Small's: This Friday night, Small's is the place to be! The Amino Acids will be playing along with Stebe Harvey Oswald, Wretched Sights, and Bob Piggins ( from Chicago). Cover is only $10, doors open at 8 PM, and all ages are welcome.
Saturday, July 19th - Zug Isle Tiki: Head downriver this Saturday for a Tiki party! Carbon Athletic Club is celebrating their 78th anniversary and they're throwing a big bash! There will be live music, fried bologna sandwiches, and you can even get unlimited PBR & Strohs (for an extra cost). The lineup includes Child Bite, Day Residue, Deadbeat Beat, Duende, and more. The party starts at 2 PM and goes until midnight.
Sunday, July 20th - Detroit Festival of Books @ Eastern Market: The 8th Annual Detroit Bookfest comes to Eastern Market this Sunday. There will be new books, old books, zines, comics, and more. It all takes place in Shed 5. Admission is free and the fun goes from 10 AM - 4 PM.
Sunday, July 20th - Rogue Satellites @ Third Street Bar: Sundays this summer, Party Store Productions is taking over the patio at Third Street! This Sunday, will feature Rogue Satellites and DJ Dreamsicle Bomb. Doors open at 8 PM, the band plays at sunset, and admission is free.
